It is the matter of great pleasure that HSB TRUST, a duly registered society with the Registrar of Societies, Govt. of West Bengal successfully managing “HSB POLYTECHNIC” since the year 2012 intending to promote and expand technical and professional education among the communities. I felt that the Development of the society depends on the Industrial, Agricultural and educational policies of the nation. In all these three sectors Govt. has embarked liberalization, privatization and globalization. The massive industrialization is taking place in the country. The state Govt.’s policy of liberalization is attracting entrepreneurs in setting up industries in public-private sectors and private sectors. Due to technical up -gradation, the demand for technically qualified people is increasing day by day .in this point of view, our main objective is to promote specialized technical education in the field of Engineering. Now various training programs, Seminars, Workshops are arranged regularly to make our students Industry ready. I believe that a technical qualification may change one’s lifestyle and bring a progress for next generation also. Our target is to produce qualified and competent professionals, responsive changing need of the society.
